2124 - Office, Low Rise, Older
These buildings are commonly subdivided into smaller tenant units, but can also be occupied by a single tenant. This occupancy is intended for older office buildings of four stories or less in height, built prior to 1950. The older low rise office is distinguished from Occupancy 2100 - Office, Low Rise, by its age, type of finishes, lower partition and plumbing densities (less partitions, and less plumbing fixtures), and higher percentage of window openings.
