6345 - Technical Trades Building (College)

Although this may be a free standing building, it is often a section of a trade school or a college. Depending upon the schools specialty, you may find printing presses, automotive repair equipment, machine shop equipment, and a wide variety of different types of equipment used for hands on training.  These buildings have large rooms used primarily for specialized education and vocational training. The buildings, when divided, have some classroom/lecture stations and work areas.
