The lumber storage facility is used for storing lumber and other building products to provide them with protection from the elements.
Note: If larger portions of the perimeter wall are open to the outside without doors and windows, there are two adjustments you should make. First, under the Wall Finish section, enter 0% for Wall Opening. This will ensure that there are no doors or windows being added to the cost. Second, under the Exterior Walls section, enter the appropriate percentage of open exterior wall in the None field and the remaining percentage(s) in the appropriate finish fields.
