Attach a Document

You can attach files to an open valuation. You can attach graphic files (.bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png, .tif), Word documents (.doc, .docx), PDF files, Excel files (.xls, .xlsx), text files, XML files, and zip files.

  • On the Valuation dashboard, do one of the following:
  • Click a valuation.
  • Click the Edit icon for the valuation you want to open.

If necessary, you can sort, filter, or search to find the valuation.

  1. On any page in an open valuation, click the File Attachments link at the top right of the page.
  2. On the Attachments window, click Add Attachment.
  3. On the Add Attachment window, click Choose File.
  4. Find and select the document that you want to attach and click Open.
  5. If you want to enter a caption for the attachment, enter it in the Caption box.
  6. If you want to add notes, enter them in the Notes box.
  7. Click Save and then click Close.
