View a Valuation Comparison Report

When you save changes to a valuation, Commercial Express saves the iterations in history. You can generate a valuation comparison report to compare two iterations of a valuation. Commercial Express highlights the differences in yellow.

To view a valuation comparison report:

1. On the Valuation dashboard, click the Compare Iterations icon for the valuation that you want to review.
2. On the Compare Iterations window, select two iterations that you want to compare.
3. Click Compare.
