Contents Insight
Contents Insight is an optional module that helps you estimate the value of business property (including inventory, computers, equipment, furniture, and so on) owned by companies in the US and Canada.
You can manually enter business information or you can search for business profiles and retrieve estimated values of the business contents. Business profiles contain information such as industry code, gross sales, number of employees, and so on.
Business profiles come from analytic models and are considered prefill data. The six predictive models produce normalized (or "typical") values for businesses that are similar to the one that you describe.
Contents Insight presents an estimate relative to the business's peer group. Contents Insight establishes the peer group by matching the profile of the business that you want to estimate with other businesses that have identical industry codes and approximately the same size, gross sales, number of employees, and so on. To help you assess an estimate, Contents Insight displays a range of contents values for the peer group.
You can estimate the contents value of both single and multilocation businesses. For businesses that have multiple locations, Contents Insight estimates the contents value for the entire enterprise.
CoreLogic recommends that you use Contents Insight for businesses that have gross sales up to $50 million.
Turn-Key Estimator (Underwriting Estimator)
The Turn-Key Estimator is a consistent and reliable means to quickly estimate a property/risk with significant operational equipment.
Due to its versatility, the Turn-Key Estimator allows you to validate policy quote submissions from agents and brokers more quickly and accurately. The program allows:
-
the selection and inclusion of turn-key operations,
-
the selection and inclusion of equipment and additions,
-
the ability for clients to create turn-key operations,
-
the ability for clients to utilize CoreLogic-provided turn-key operations.
The Turn-Key Estimator is available on a license basis, which includes application licensing.
The Turn-Key Estimator Administration function allows complete control over what operations are available for the users. You can create your own turn-key operations that feed into the Turn-Key Estimator. The range of turn-key operations available to clients is determined by their turn-key operation data license.
