Building Prefill Data Sources
If your configuration includes the Building Prefill module, Commercial Express prefills building data using either actual or modeled data. Commercial Express uses the following labels and color codes to indicate the sources of building prefill data:
Premium—actual building data generated by CoreLogic.
Standard—actual building data generated by a CoreLogic vendor or partner and branded as CoreLogic data.
Modeled—building data that is modeled either by CoreLogic or by a CoreLogic vendor or partner.
