Building Prefill Data Sources

If your configuration includes the Building Prefill module, Commercial Valuation prefills building data using either actual or modeled data. Commercial Valuation uses the following labels and color codes to indicate the sources of building prefill data:

Premium—actual building data generated by Cotality.

Standard—actual building data generated by a Cotality vendor or partner and branded as Cotality data.

Modeled—building data that is modeled either by Cotality or by a Cotality vendor or partner.
