A system to emit small droplets of water or a mist to cool large animals in hot humid weather. The control panel will consist of a controller to control the length of time the system is on, cycle duration, a thermostat which controls the entire system, an electric solenoid valve, and a pressure reducer. The water lines are either polytubing or 3/4 inch PVC pipe with either sprinkler emitters, droplet emitters, or misters spaced every 2 to 4 feet. These water lines are generally placed over alleyways near feeding areas.
