These implement buildings have semicircular (culvert) shaped roofs that curve to the ground to form the side walls.  The light wood or steel refers to the framing material used to create the arch.  These costs do not include heavy timbers or glue-laminated framing.  The building's frame is covered with a variety of materials (wood with shingles or light gauge metal are the most typical). The building includes a concrete slab and adequate electric.  Insulation, water service, heating, and air conditioning are not included.
