View a Valuation Report

You can view, save, and print the following reports:

  • Detailed: The detailed report includes the owner, structure information, location adjustments, individual component details and costs, and the total depreciated cost.
  • Standard: The standard report contains the same information as the detailed report, but the standard report includes only the total component costs instead of individual component details.
  • Summary: The summary report includes the owner, the reconstruction cost total, the depreciated cost, and the total cost per square foot for each section. This report also includes the total replacement costs for equipment and structures associated with each section.
  • Valuation Additions: The valuation additions report includes the owner, individual equipment and structure details, their associated costs, and the total reconstruction cost for all equipment and structures.
  • Homeowner Reconstruction Notice: The homeowner reconstruction notice is available for California buildings that have one of the following residential occupancies:
  • 1100 (apartment, low-rise)
  • 1110 (apartment, low-rise, older)
  • 1230 (apartment, 2–4 units)
  • 1250 (house, single-family)
  • 1300 (condominium)
  • 1331 (condominium, shell)
  • 1332 (condominium, interior space)
  • 1335 (condominium, without interior finishes)
  • 1340 (deluxe condominium)
  • 1350 (row house)
  • 1440 (dormitory)
  • 1445 (fraternity house)
  • 1450 (convent or rectory)
  • 1455 (mansion)
  • 1640 (rooming house)
  • 3401 (store with apartment above)
