View a Valuation Report
You can view, save, and print the following reports:
- Detailed: The detailed report includes the owner, structure information, location adjustments, individual component details and costs, and the total depreciated cost.
- Standard: The standard report contains the same information as the detailed report, but the standard report includes only the total component costs instead of individual component details.
- Summary: The summary report includes the owner, the reconstruction cost total, the depreciated cost, and the total cost per square foot for each section. This report also includes the total replacement costs for equipment and structures associated with each section.
- Valuation Additions: The valuation additions report includes the owner, individual equipment and structure details, their associated costs, and the total reconstruction cost for all equipment and structures.
- Homeowner Reconstruction Notice: The homeowner reconstruction notice is available for California buildings that have one of the following residential occupancies:
- 1100 (apartment, low-rise)
- 1110 (apartment, low-rise, older)
- 1230 (apartment, 2–4 units)
- 1250 (house, single-family)
- 1300 (condominium)
- 1331 (condominium, shell)
- 1332 (condominium, interior space)
- 1335 (condominium, without interior finishes)
- 1340 (deluxe condominium)
- 1350 (row house)
- 1440 (dormitory)
- 1445 (fraternity house)
- 1450 (convent or rectory)
- 1455 (mansion)
- 1640 (rooming house)
- 3401 (store with apartment above)

Your administrator can configure one of the reports as the default report for your company. Only the default report is available from the Valuation dashboard.
- On the Valuation dashboard, click the Report PDF icon
for the valuation that you want to view.

You can view reports from any page on an open valuation. You can also modify the report contents.
- On the Valuation dashboard, click a valuation or click the Edit icon
to open a valuation.
- To view the default report, click the QuickReport PDF icon
on any page of the valuation.
- To view a report other than the default, click the Report Options icon
.
- On the Report Options window, do the following:
- Select a report type from the list.
- Select a report format from the list. Currently, only PDF is available.
- In the Report Title 1 and Report Title 2 boxes, enter text that you want to appear on the report. For example, you can enter the name of your company in the Report Title 1 box.
- In the Report Footer box, enter the text that you want to appear at the end of the report. For example, you can enter disclaimer information.
- In the column on the right, select the optional items that you want to include or clear the items that you don't want.
- To make the report settings the default configuration, click Set Report Defaults.
- To preview the report, click Preview.
- To open or save the report, click Download.
If you use Internet Explorer:
- To open the report, click Open.
- To save the report to your Downloads folder, click Save.
- To save the report to a location of your choice, click the down arrow next to the Save button and then click Save As.
- To open the report in the Chrome PDF viewer, click the PDF icon
at the bottom of the browser. Use the Chrome features to save or print the report.
If you use Google Chrome:
- To close the report window, click the Close icon
in the upper right corner.
