A 10 foot panel section with a top rail, bottom rail, and a vertical rail every 6 to 20 inches depending on the size of the animal. Attached to the vertical rail is a short horizontal rail with a hinge on the end of it. A second vertical rail is attached to the hinge and allowed to remain in an open position, situated at an angle to the permanent vertical rail. A locking mechanism located on the top horizontal rail will lock the hinged vertical rail in an upright position when an animal places its head through the opening and lowers its head to eat feed.
