Feed Conveyor, Belt
This conveyor is usually constructed of steel with the side height about 6 to 8 inches. A belt ranging between 12 to 18 inches is used to convey the feed but for higher capacity conveyors the belt width may be as wide as 36 inches. If this conveyor is outside it probably will have steel covers over the belt. This conveyor may also have a stationary plow off before the discharge end to allow for discharging feed into an alternative source such as a feed wagon.
