This is a very small, single room building, generally found next to or attached to an old style dairy barn (100 - One Story Dairy, Old Style). Its purpose is to store the bulk milk tank and other equipment necessary for the milking process. Due to the size of this building, the cost per square foot will be much higher than many of the other occupancies.
Note: Typically, cows are not milked in this building but if they are, consider using 118 - Milking Parlor.
