6406 - Laboratory (University)

The university laboratory occupancy can be used as a separate laboratory building, or as a section or wing of a much larger university. The primary function of this occupancy is to provide a wide variety of laboratory environments. The different environments range from basic laboratories for training undergraduates to more elaborate laboratories devoted to graduate students working on there thesis or special university projects. This building provides a location for laboratory experiments, instruction, and classroom discussion to students on a university campus.  Rooms are designed for ample workspace and access to equipment and materials.
